Elevated API latency in the EU region

Between 09:14 and 10:02 UTC, API response times in the EU region rose above 2 seconds due to a connection pooler misconfiguration during a database upgrade. No data was lost. The pooler configuration was rolled back and the upgrade rescheduled with a revised runbook.

Delayed email notifications

Notification emails were delayed by up to 40 minutes between 14:20 and 16:05 UTC due to a queue backlog at our email delivery provider. In-app notifications were unaffected. The backlog cleared automatically and all emails were delivered.
